1. GENERAL ALLOWED

Take care to turn off the room light, air conditioners, TV and other systems when you are out of the house and room.

Respect the peace of other guests and the neighborhood.

Treat your home and its equipment with respect. for any particular problem or doubt or topic not covered in this regulation, please contact the organization immediately.

CHEK-IN

Except for special needs of our guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15:30 and 19:00, however, please communicate the estimated time of arrival at least on the morning of the day of arrival. Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document, and at the same time to regularize the payment of the booked stay, if it has not already been previously made online.

CHEK-OUT

Please note that, on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow for cleaning and handover to new arrivals, a delay will result in an additional night being charged.

The rooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 10.00 am to allow for daily cleaning and cleaning, please arrange your personal belongings in order to allow them. After these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed.

TOILET

In the bathroom you will find towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, bubble bath and shampoo. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything in the toilet (use the special bins).

USE OF A ROOM

The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the bedroom and bathroom, breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of TV and air conditioners / heat pumps, the patio, its swimming pool and use of all bathroom accessories. Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as well as extraordinary cleaning.

For entry and exit from the structure there are no timetables to be respected, guests can leave and return as they please. Inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies of other customers, pets are not allowed.

It is also not allowed, for reasons of public safety, for guests to allow other people to access the Bed & Breakfast at any time. Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. For any other needs, do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to satisfy you.

BREAKFAST FOR ROOM USE

Breakfast is served at the agreed time the day before, however between 8.00 and 9.30.

Guests are asked to communicate their favorite drinks upon arrival (choice of coffee, barley, tea, chocolate and milk). On the table, guests will find bread, butter, assorted jams, honey and other products. Please report any known food intolerances and allergies.

It is always forbidden to prepare and eat meals in the rooms. It is also forbidden to use the kitchen and dishes unless special arrangements have been made.

Please do not have breakfast during stays longer than one month.

USE OF THE HOUSE

The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the house, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of TV and air conditioners / heat pumps, the patio, its swimming pool and the use of all accessories such as washing machine, iron, drying rack and all kitchen accessories such as microwave.

RULES

Inside the premises it is forbidden: Smoking (it is possible to do it outside) Agree with the organization the connection to the electrical system of any household appliance brought with you, with the exception of the electric razor at the bathroom sockets. It is recommended to respect the silence in the canonical hours 22.00-08.00 and 14.00-16.00. In any case, please maintain a behavior that at any time of the day and in no way affects the tranquility of others.

Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the B&B and for the improper use of complementary equipment. At the end of the stay it is necessary to return the keys. In case of loss, the damage will be charged. Take care to turn off the room light, air conditioners, TV and other systems when you are out of the room.

We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property. We are not responsible for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.

COMMON PARTS

In case of sharing common areas, keep the spaces tidy and clean.
After using the kitchen, bathroom and living room, restore the spaces so as not to prevent other people from using and cleaning. Do not leave personal items such as detergents, brushes, containers, etc.
Objects left in the common areas can be removed as waste.

KEY

The physical or electronic keys for accessing the house are provided by the property. Duplication of keys is prohibited.
In case of need, ask the property.

DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE, FURNITURE AND HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

Although physiological wear and tear of the structure and related furnishings / appliances is expected, the damage caused by neglect and misuse will be charged.

RESERVATIONS

The booking request can be made via a simple e-mail or by telephone, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt, accompanied by the indications of the payment methods.

The deposit can be paid in cash by credit cards, by PayPal or by bank transfer provided by the organization. accommodation, or, at the request of the customer, make the full amount received as a deposit without further claims. In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the stay or in case of non-cancellation, the cost of the first night will be charged.
